Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy has been designed in order to specify the circumstances under which Kaeera Infotechnology will offer a refund, the process for claiming it, and the obligation of Kaeera Infotechnology in cases leading to such a claim. Upon registration for any of our services, you are stating that you are agreeing and accepting all the terms and conditions specified in the refund policy. All data that we gather is used for making our website content better, informing clients about our website update, or for resolving any issues regarding their requests.

Cancellation Policy

Kaeera Infotechnology has varying cancellation policies for its Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click management, and other services provided by us. Please refer to respective service agreements for further information on cancellation and other policies.

All cancellation orders should be forwarded to Kaeera Infotechnology's accounts and billing department. You can make your cancellation requests via email, fax, direct mail, or telephone. Your request will only be deemed as valid unless and until you hear back from our accounts or billing department. Confirmation email or number issued by Kaeera Infotechnology's accounts department will act as evidence for the cancellation of service.

Refund Policy

Kaeera Infotechnology has varying refund policies for its different services. Please see individual service agreements for further information on refund policies. Kaeera Infotechnology does not make any refunds for cancellation of its services. We will proceed as per the agreement signed by the client. Kaeera Infotechnology does not provide any refund for transaction fees, money invested in search engines, services already rendered, or any other miscellaneous fees which are non-recoverable.

Modification

Kaeera Infotechnology may at any time, without prior notice, change, modify, or update any part of the cancellation or refund policy.
